She generally gave herself very good advice (though she very seldom follow it), and sometimes she scolded herself so severely as to bring tears into her eyesI think it's one thing to have some many tips and tricks that you wanna share with people, to inspire, to nurture people out there.
It's quite another to not do as you preach.
